Returns & Exchanges

At the Canadian Red Cross shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your apparel and gear; if you are not, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. All proceeds from our fashion line support our humanitarian missions, and we strive to make the return process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the merchandise is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any Canada Post location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
