Prevent disease transmission in your first aid course by using one way valves with filters and gloves. 

According to the new Red Cross First-Aid Program Standards as of January 2021 "Pocket Masks with one-way valve" is required to be provided to every student that takes a Red Cross First-Aid Certification program. This product allows each student to swap out the Health Canada approved valve that comes with the CPR mask and replaced it with the training valve to be used for training.  Once training has been completed the training valve can be disposed of and the Health Canada valve inserted back into a cleaned CPR mask.

This makes sure that the student leaves the course with a clean CPR mask ready to be used in a rescue.  By not providing the student with a training valve the valve becomes contaminated and will allow mold and bacteria to grown in the valve.
